SINGLE – a journey in one direction.
RETURN - making a journey and returning the same day.

The price you pay is determined by your age and where you're travelling to/from.

Childers under 5: Travel free.

Children between 5 - 18: Holders of a Mi-Card travel pass travel for free within Barnsley only. Holders of a South Yorkshire Transport Executive MegaTravel or Student Pass pay 50p, otherwise its full fare. In West Yorkshire the fares charged are half fare, for 5 - 16 year olds only. These require a valid Metro pass, which can be obtained from Metro (West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive).

Adults (18+): Full adult fares.

Where do I buy a ticket?

All singles and returns should be bought on the bus.

Giving change

Our drivers do carry change but it helps if you have your money ready. This helps speed up the boarding process for all our passengers.
